Hydraulic Oil Maintenance Programme
Hydraulic systems and components have changed recently with emphasis on efficiency and control. Modern control interfaces require clean oil or their running costs can soon outweigh their benefits. The process will flush contaminants from the piping system by high-turbulence oil velocity circulation, where the contaminant will be effectively trapped in the filter. The Clean Oil after filtration will be pumped back into the piping system to flush out the remaining contaminant, and the process will be repeated continuously until the system is at the required ISO or NAS Cleanliness Codes.
When
- Any system with performance problems
- New plant Installation Prior to Commissioning.
Where
- Power Plants
- Mining industries
- Metallurgical industries
- Marine Vessels
- Airport and Seaport GSE
- Manufacturing and process Facilities
- Cement industries
How
- Consultation – Assess and identify the right system
- Flushing– To keep oil cleanliness within the contamination tolerance level
- Water Filtration – Remove 100% water contamination.
- Particle Filtration – Remove contamination down to 1 micron (3 absolute)
- Pre and Post job Oil Analysis Reports – Enable us to assess the effectiveness of filtration
- Improvement Plan – Practical suggestions to help to reduce contamination and break down before it happens.
